YOGA
The yoga journey is certainly a different journey for everyone. The reason why you might start this journey may be to feel a bit more home again in your body, with more mobility, strength and resilience. Or you may be longing for more calmness in your mind, more energy and a general sense of well-being. Yoga is working on all different layers of our being; the physical-, energetical-, mental-, knowing- and the bliss body; the so-called 5 koshas.
It is a journey of self-exploration. We may most easily notice at first more consciousness arising in the physical plane: where do i feel tension in my body and can I relax those muscles a bit more? Then, we may become aware of our breath flow, if it is high up in our chest space or in the belly and does it flow easily? The more subtle it becomes, the more difficult it may be to bring our awareness towards it; where is the mind's focus at this moment? What emotions are most dominantly present and which thoughts are feeding into them? And can i bring my mind back into the present moment and can I let my thought watch pass by without clinging onto them?

Bringing all layers of your being into alignment
As we start flowing on the rhythm of our breath, we connect the physical, energetical and mental body with each other, bringing ourselves back into flow, harmony and ultimately into stillness.

Inviting the flow back into body & mind
As we surrender into a pose, we give our body and mind the time to dive deeper into the experience. It is an invitation to deeply surrender and go within, to embrace what is and experience softening as the resistance leaves our being.

Moving into sweet surrender
The yoga classes are attuned to the cycles of nature, encompassing themes that help us to get to know ourselves better, connecting us back with our own nature and the nature around us. By realizing that we are co-creators of life, we are invited to take back the lead in our well-being and the well-being of our home, planting seeds of our heart-desires.

* There is also the option for a private class at your home alone or with your loved ones. A class will normally last in between 60-75 minutes, the costs of which are a minimum of 40 euros. If more than 4 people are present, I ask for a contribution of 10 euros per person. Also, if your home is on a far distance, the price may rise.
