Exchange: 8 euros (museum members) & 10 euros (non-members).
* Tuesdays 9.30-11.00 Stronger Flow @ Casa Danielle (Bordeira, Santa Barbara de Nexe)
Exchange: 10 euros.
* Fridays 9.30-11.00 Intermediate Flow @ Casa Danielle (Bordeira, Santa Barbara de Nexe)
Exchange: 10 euros.
NB: Let me know when you intend to come, as sometimes I am for trainings or work abroad.

These are events (private or open for everyone) that I have created so far, or are in the verge of being created. If you feel the calling to hold a special event at your home/shala, get in touch with me and we feel into what wants to unfold. I do 1 time events (e.g. in tune with the shamanic year cycle, moon cycle, the elements or incorporating old yogic traditions like e.g. trataka) or a sequence of events (e.g. yoga classes themed around the 7 chakras).

TRATAKA CEREMONY (2023)
Trataka is a yogic purification (shatkarma) - also known as candle gazing- that enhances our physical eyes and 3rd eye vision.
PARTNER YOGA (14 JULY '22)
A special yoga class in which we work together in couples to help each other explore the various asanas.
